He spent 22 years with Cognizant Technology Solutions in leadership roles across client engagement, consulting, global delivery, M & A integration, and people initiatives, managing several large-scale global engagements during his corporate career.

Since 2017, he has focused on leadership coaching and facilitation programs aimed at transforming management professionals into effective leaders. He also contributes to technology thought leadership initiatives and is currently pursuing an Executive PhD at Mahindra University.

His approach combines technology, business insight, people leadership, and long-term strategic thinking.

He has worked across infrastructure, real estate, power, ports, and IT sectors, advising companies on compliance, governance, mergers & acquisitions, financial structuring, and business operations.

Having worked with reputed organizations including L&T Group companies, he currently advises and serves on the boards of multiple businesses, supporting them in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, strategic planning, and sustainable growth initiatives.
